REQUIREMENTS

Tenants are required to consent to a credit search, to provide proof of residency, identity, and to agree to The Lettings Agency Terms of Business. Other requirements are as follows:

Rental to be no more than 40% of gross annual salary or guarantor required

Security deposit and first months rent in cleared funds

Rent to be paid on time

No animals, smokers or sharers (unless otherwise agreed)

Property and garden to be kept in good order

Prompt reporting of all maintenance issues

Co-operate with access requests

Leave property clean, tidy and undamaged
